Essential Book-Keeper's Award

The Essential Book-Keeper's Award gives you all you need to get into the world of book-keeping; to get you an interview in a finance department or to be able to manage your own business's accounts.

You will also learn manual book-keeping to cover Unit 1 of the OCR Level 2 Certificate in Accounting and part of the IAB Level 2 Certifcate in Book-Keeping examination.

Course 1: Book-Keeping Level 2 - Module 1 uses real-life scenarios to convey book-keeping topics. You will gain sufficient knowledge to move quickly on to the next course.

Course 2: Sage Line 50 will enable you to apply your manual book-keeping skills to computerised accounts.

Course 3: Microsoft EXCEL enables you to learn spreadsheet skills to a good working standard (EXCEL is a must-know skill for any book-keeper today).
