What does an Executive Assistant do?
The role of a senior Executive Assistant is to provide a dynamic, efficient and fully professional service. This important and key role is both demanding and challenging, and will require confidence, accountability, flexibility as well as highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. The individual must be highly organised and have the ability to co-ordinate multiple priorities within demanding and tight timescales.
The PA at this level has management responsibilities with the highest standards of integrity; is one step ahead and has the ability to effectively organise others. The executive assistant will need to have advanced IT skills and the use of shorthand with accounting are excellent skills that will give you the extra advantage in securing the role that is highly valued, well paid, interesting and rewarding.

- Establishing effective office and administrative procedures to strengthen and introduce improved management techniques
- Acting as a filter for the CEO to ensure all documents, briefs and tables are produced on time to high quality
- Providing support in preparation, planning and finalising of all Board documents
