You can can study anywhere where you have a Windows PC with Broadband connection (please note you can't use an Apple Mac)and each course takes approximately 2 months, based upon part-time study of 15 hours per week. Prices vary from around £1,000 for N+ to around £4,300 for MCSE.

What do you get with the course?

  • The courseware – is contained within A5 hard backed ring binder folders.
  • Resource CDs - including the courseware in searchable electronic form, exam hints and tips, and links to extra resources. There is also a detailed user manual to all aspects of the delivery methods.
  • Mentor Support – can be accessed 24/7 365 days a year via the student portal. With a guaranteed response time of within 24 hours, not including weekends or bank holidays, a subject expert will reply to your questions. Responses may be by telephone for more complex problems. The Mentor Support feature can also be used to request specific topics to be covered in the next tutorial.
  • Testing - there are tests as you progress through the modules to confirm your understanding and comprehension. At the end of a course there are Mock Exams which will highlight any areas requiring further study. These exams are styled on those that you will be required to sit for the qualification.
  • Online Tutorials - these run once a week, for every week of a course, and typically take one and a half to two hours. There can be up to eight students in a live tutorial, fully interactive with voice and keyboard chat. All our tutors are fully qualified and have working experience of the IT sector. Questions flow both ways, problem points can be raised and control of the viewport can be handed to the students for exercises and visual answers.
  • Online Labs  - gives access to a course specific operating system built for you to enable practical exercises to be completed. There are sixteen hours available for each individual course. These can be taken at any time.
